Business Development Manager
HT Solutions is seeking a results-driven and strategically-minded Business Development Manager to lead and execute growth initiatives across our technology-focused services and solutions. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of enterprise systems and a passion for building long-term value through strategic partnerships and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business growth strategies across IT integration services, including enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.

Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and full-cycle business development from outreach to deal closure.

Cultivate and expand relationships with enterprise clients, technology vendors, and strategic partners.

Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.

Represent HT Solutions at key industry events, conferences, and executive-level meetings.

Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and technology innovations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales—preferably in a tech-driven or enterprise IT environment.

Proven success in driving revenue growth and securing strategic deals.

Solid understanding of digital product ecosystems and enterprise technology sales.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross-functional teams.

MBA or degree in business, technology, or a related field is a strong plus.
