Business Development Manager

HT Solutions is seeking a results-driven and strategically-minded Business Development Manager to lead and execute growth initiatives across our technology-focused services and solutions. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of enterprise systems and a passion for building long-term value through strategic partnerships and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies across IT integration services, including enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.

  • Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and full-cycle business development from outreach to deal closure.

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with enterprise clients, technology vendors, and strategic partners.

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.

  • Represent HT Solutions at key industry events, conferences, and executive-level meetings.

  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and technology innovations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales—preferably in a tech-driven or enterprise IT environment.

  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and securing strategic deals.

  • Solid understanding of digital product ecosystems and enterprise technology sales.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross-functional teams.

  • MBA or degree in business, technology, or a related field is a strong plus.
